Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients

2 Tbsp + 1 Tsp Butter cut into 1/2 inch pieces, room temp.

3/8 Cup Water, 80-90 Degrees

2 1/4 Tsp Sugar

1 1/8 Tsp Salt

3 Cups of Flour

3/4 Cup of Milk

1 1/2 Tsp Yeast (2 1/2 Tsp Rapid Rise yeast if using the rapid setting)

Directions

Add liquid ingredients, then add dry ingredients to breadmaker pan. Set on regular white bread (1) and medium sized loaf. Takes 3:10 min until ready.

To use powdered milk for delayed start change amounts to 1 1/8 cup water and 3 Tbsp dry milk.
